At SaltVoid, each item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we ask customers to carefully check sizing, colours and order details before purchasing.

We still want you to feel confident shopping with us, and we’ll always do our best to help if something isn’t right.

Change of Mind Returns

As all products are made to order, we currently do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Preference of fit, colour or style
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers outside of our control

Please check all sizing information carefully before placing your order.

If you are unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us before ordering.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Faulty
  • Incorrect
  • Or significantly different from what you ordered

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • Or a refund where appropriate

Return Conditions

To be eligible for any approved return:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • Tags must still be attached where applicable
  • The item must be in original condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is faulty
  • The wrong item was sent
  • Or the issue was caused by us

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Customers are entitled to a replacement, refund or compensation for major faults or defects as provided by law.

Order Cancellations

As orders enter production quickly after purchase, cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible.

Once production has started, we may be unable to cancel or modify your order.
