At SaltVoid, every piece is made to order as part of our soft-launch production model. This helps us reduce waste and focus on quality over mass production.
Order Delivery Time
Please allow approximately 14–21 business days for your order to be produced, shipped and delivered.
During new drops, launches, holidays or high-volume periods, delivery times may occasionally be extended slightly.

Shipping availability may vary depending on your region.
International customers (USA,UK, New Zealand) please take note.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers
Due to courier limitations, we currently cannot guarantee delivery to PO Boxes or Australia Post Parcel Lockers.
To avoid delays, failed deliveries or returned parcels, we strongly recommend using:
- A residential address
- A business address
- Or an Australia Post Parcel Collect address
Parcel Collect is a free service offered by Australia Post and is often a more reliable alternative for customers who cannot receive deliveries at home.

Orders placed with PO Box addresses may require additional contact before fulfilment can proceed.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
While we work with trusted shipping partners, delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control once parcels leave the warehouse.
If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to sender, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
